At Immproved Incorporated (“Immproved”), we understand the importance of privacy; we treat it as a priority.  Immproved is a Canadian based organization which is bound by Canadian privacy laws.  We are committed to keeping the personal information of our clients secure, confidential, and private.  We are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible service and advice, while also protecting their privacy and  personal information.  This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard the personal information of our clients.

Personal Information” is any information about an identifiable individual.  This policy applies to Personal Information collected by Immproved through our website, by verbal communication, or in written form.

Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect the privacy of the sensitive information you provide  us with.  Your Personal Information resides on a secure server which can only be accessed by password by select Immproved personnel and contractors.

We may use cookies, beacons, tags, scripts and other information gathering technologies for a variety of reasons.  These technologies may provide us with information about devices and networks you utilize to access our website and Immproved services, along with other information regarding your interactions with us.  These technologies are also used to  analyze trends, administer our website, and tracking users’ movements around the website.  We may combine this automatically collected log of information with other information we collect about you in order to improve the services we offer you, for marketing, analytics or to improve site functionality.  We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by third party service providers on an individual or aggregated basis.

Children’s Personal Information

Our website is for those who are 16 years of age and older.  We do not knowingly solicit or collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 16.  If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit any Personal Information through the website.  If we are notified or discover that a child under the age of 16 has submitted Personal Information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
